William Hayes Cody

Bill was born in Anaheim, CA to Mary and Floyd Cody. He graduated in 1967 from El Rancho School.  He was in the Air Force for 4 yrs. from 1967

through 1971, he was based at George Air Force Base in communication equipment training as a E5 Sergeant.  In 1972 he joined Montebello Police Department as a reserve, retired 32 yrs as Reserve/master gun range controller and as a CSI. Bill was married to Vanessa since October 1974 for 50 years. They share their daughter Kellie and her husband Michael Borroto. Bill’s pride and joys were his twin granddaughters, Lucy and Ashley.  Bill’s work career included the following:

He developed and operated tower sites and communication networks in Southern California and Southern Nevada and was instrumental in the development and on going works for the Southern California Repeater Network.
